A "problem" is any behavior which is unacceptable to you. Chewing, biting, wetting, jumping or barking -- just to name a few -- can be corrected. Charles provides an individual approach for every dog and every unwanted behavior. We identify why the behavior is occurring and then set out a plan to change it.
Charles is geared towards training dogs in real life situations and to present owners with the necessary information and tools to make a smooth transition from training to the real world. In addition, owners are taught how to communicate with their dog, helping reduce frustration between owner and dog.

Charles will come to your home and work with your family one on one, at a time that is convenient to you. This is a great option for anyone who is looking for a more individualized approach. Each package type includes an Initial Consultation and multiple sessions depending on the needs of the client. No matter what type of service you sign up for, we are here to help you and your family to reach your goals. All private lessons include phone, text or e-mail follow-up to ensure your goals are met.
We start with an Initial Consultation designed to establish a relationship between you, your dog and the trainer. The consult begins with a full history, then discussion of goals for you and your dog, and finishes with a behavior plan designed to your specific needs. Followed by working sessions in which the behavior plan is molded and perfected with the helping hands of a professional.

Puppy Package
Have a puppy under 9 months? This package can help assist you with puppyhood basics; from house training, nipping, jumping and starting your puppy out in the right direction.

Basic Manners
Want help with loose leash walking, polite greetings or impulse control? This package is designed to help instill the basic manners needed of every furry friend to coexist in our homes.
Initial Consult + 4 Private Sessions
Behavior Consultation
Does your dog bark or lunge at other dogs or people? Do you struggle to leave home without a production? Does your dog guard food, toys or other items? Has your dog bitten you, another person or another dog? This package is designed to help you through more serious behavioral issues.
